window\ frame
рамка окна. Обычно окно состоит из рамки и заключенной в ней прямоугольной области, называемой клиентским пространством. Часто рамка используется для размещения строк меню, кнопок (напр., кнопки закрытия окна) и/или полос прокрутки.
