статическое назначение IP-адреса. В случае прозрачного доступа GPRS-MS получает IP-адрес от GGSN, адрес выбирается из диапазона адресов. В случае непрозрачного доступа используется IP-адрес, назначаемый RADIUS-сервером. Для каждого диапазона статических IP-адресов определяются два SP:ISP (активный и резервный), поддерживающие одного и того же ISP с данным диапазоном статических адресов.
