- резервное состояние. В этом состоянии GPRS MS является прикрепленной к GPRS. SGSN знает зону маршрутизации, в которой находится GPRS MS. GPRS MS информирует SGSN о своем переходе в новую зону маршрутизации и отвечает на запросные сообщения персонального вызова.
