условие запрета. Критерий, согласно которому на вызовы налагается запрет, например, на все исходящие вызовы, на все международные исходящие вызовы и т. д. Запрет может налагаться на все вызовы определенного типа или только на вызовы, связанные с конкретной основной службой.
