предварительный порог. Когда предоплатный абонент, баланс которого близок к истощению, осуществляет выходной набор, система проигрывает предупредительное объявление. Уровни, по достижении которых проигрываются объявления (выражаются в денежных единицах или в эквиваленте эфирного времени начатого разговора), называются предварительными порогами.
