измерение эксплуатационных характеристик. При создании измерения задаются такие параметры, как тип осуществляемого измерения, область приложения измерения, план-график, а также ряд дополнительных параметров, определяющих степень детализации измерения и порядок направления отчетов. Существующие результаты измерения эксплуатационных характеристик можно в любое время удалить.
