Network\ Access\ Charge
плата за доступ к сети. Часть платы, взимаемой за пользование услугами мобильной связи. Предназначена для покрытия расходов, не зависящих от фактического использования сетевых/ телекоммуникационных служб. Может состоять из начального взноса и абонентской платы.
